The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

Members of Council provided the following direction to staff:

  • Inquire into closest schools in the area and crosswalks to allow for safe passing by future residents and children;
  • Inquire into increasing the current proposed .75 parking spot per unit to a minimum of 1 parking spot per unit to benefit future occupants;
  • Inquire into additional amenity spaces for parents or caregivers to allow children to play on-site, including a park or green space; and
  • Inquire into how many proposed dwellings will be accessible and if there are alternate building facade options.
